    Arts Participation Scholarship Agreement

    Thank you for your interest in participating in Tiffin University Arts Programs!  

    All members of our non-auditioned extracurricular TiffinArts organizations are eligible for an annual Arts Participation Scholarship of $1,500.  To receive this grant, please indicate your interest by filling out the form below. The award will be automatically added to your financial aid package. 

    You may also be eligible for an additional Arts Achievement Scholarship award by completing an additional audition and agreeing to a higher level of participation. For information on this level of award, please visit www.tiffinmusic.com/scholarships.

    I acknowledge that this award is contingent on my participation in Tiffin University Arts organizations. This agreement is non-binding and does not commit me to attend Tiffin University. I also acknowledge that if I commit to participate and accept scholarship from an athletic team, I forfeit all arts program scholarship assistance. I understand I may participate in both music and athletic activities, but can only receive scholarship money from the program that I sign a contract with.

    Scholarships are renewed annually following a participation evaluation.  The award is renewable for four years of your education at Tiffin University, provided you continue to meet the specific scholarship requirements.  Failure to meet attendance and participation requirements may result in the scholarship being reduced or withdrawn.
